Arrival and Location

Location:

The Great-West Life Assurance building, 100 Osborne Street North on the corner of Broadway Avenue and Osborne Street. You can enter either from Osborne Street or behind the building using the Colony Street entrance.

Parking:

Complimentary parking is available on Colony Street or in the front loop facing Osborne.

Arrival:

Upon entering the building, please advise the security guard that you are here for a meeting at Mann Financial Assurance. At this time, if you came by car, the security guard will ask you for your license plate number and will give you a badge to wear during your visit. You will be directed to our reception area where someone will come out to greet you. After business hours, you will be invited to have a seat in the foyer where a representative from Mann Financial Assurance will meet you.

Required Documents:

To the extent available and as applicable, please bring the following:

  • Copies of your investments statements
  • Bank Statements
  • Mortgage Statements
  • Two most recent tax returns/ notices of assessment
  • Copies of any individual insurance you may have
  • Copies of your group benefit plans i.e. Group RRSPs, disability, life insurance, critical illness…
